Are you a Bachelor Degree holder interested in going for your Master’s Decree but do not have the financial force? Do not worry, ETH Zurich Excellence Master’s Scholarship Opportunity and Programme is here for you.
ETH Zurich Excellence Scholarship for Master’s programme is sponsored by ETH Zurich, a Swiss institution. This scholarship opportunity is available to both national and international students.
This scholarship covers all the eligible Master’s Degree programmes offered by the university. The number of scholarships offered annually by the institution depends on the availability of funds.

The programme covers living and studying expenses of the beneficiaries, about CHF12,000 per semester. It also adds tuition fee waiver and it is awarded for the regular duration of the Masters programme of three to four semesters.
ETH Zurich Scholarship for Master’s programme as earlier stated, is available for both students from ETH and students from other universities even from beyond Switzerland. Therefore, it is available to both national and international students.
Worthy of note is that you must have a very good result. Grade A in your Bachelor’s programme will be an added advantage.
Most importantly, you need to make sure to be reachable through the telephone number specified in your CV as the selection process might include a telephone interview in February.
You are not eligible to apply if already have Master’s Degree or you are already enrolled for your Master’s programme in ETH Zurich.
For you to be considered for ETH Zurich Excellence Scholarship for Master’s Opportunity and Programme (ESOP), you must apply for a Masters Degree programme at ETH Zurich. In addition to the documents required for your admission, you will need to upload a pre-proposal for your master thesis. The application is made via eApply.
The application form and other supporting documents to be attached must be submitted online before 15 December, 2021. Failure to so submit attract automatic disqualification. Make sure you apply within the first application window.
Note: Your pre-proposal for the Master’s thesis must be developed by yourself and use established scientific citation practice. Plagiarism, negligent or intentional misinformation will lead to exclusion from the admission process. If found faulty later, your scholarship and admission shall be revoked. See guidelines for your pre-proposal.
Application window will open on November 1, 2021 and close on December 15, 2021 for 2022/2023 academic session.
